Skydrol (Phosphate Ester BMS 3-11/AS 1241 Hydraulic Fluid) Removal
SkyKleen 1000 will remove liquid residues, the results of spills and hydraulic system leaks. It is also exteremely effective for the removal of baked-on residue resulting from the exposure of these fluids to elevated temperatures. SkyKleen 1000 has been tested up to contamination levels of 1000 ppm in the hydraulic fluid, and found to neither affect the life or performance of Skydrol.
After soaking up the bulk of the liquid with a cloth or absorbent pad, followup by wiping liquid and solid residues with a cloth wetted with SkyKleen 1000. For stubborn solid residues, soak the area with SkyKleen 1000 or lay a dampened cloth onto the spot and allow time for SkyKleen 1000 to penetrate and soften.
